Based in Pune, Arvind Ayengar brings nearly two decades of experience in the IT industry to his role as Director at Kreative Change. As a seasoned GCP Cloud Engineer currently working with Deutsche Bank, Arvind has spent 19 years at the forefront of technology—building resilient systems, solving complex challenges, and driving innovation.
His passion for purpose-driven work led him to Kreative Change, where he blends technical expertise with a deep commitment to social impact. Arvind's leadership helps the organization harness digital tools to expand outreach, streamline operations, and create scalable solutions for underserved communities.

Known for his integrity, structured thinking, and people-focused approach, Anand has been associated with Kreative Change since its founding, contributing both strategic direction and execution support.
A Competent Toastmaster, Anand is an effective communicator who brings clarity, empathy, and influence to every initiative. Passionate about technology, continuous learning, and meaningful social impact, he plays a key role in shaping programs that are practical, scalable, and purpose-driven.
His calm leadership and commitment to long-term value make him a strong pillar of the Kreative Change core team, ensuring that initiatives are not only impactful but also sustainable and aligned with the organization's broader mission of community transformation.

A compassionate educator, devoted homemaker, and unwavering advocate for social good, Shweta Bohara brings heart and purpose to everything she touches. With academic credentials in BSc, MA, and BEd, and years of experience teaching across diverse educational institutions, Shweta's love for learning is matched only by her passion for service.
At Kreative Change, she leads Program Management for Education & Social Impact, where her thoughtful planning, community insight, and spiritual grounding shape initiatives that uplift lives and foster inclusive growth. Her approach blends pedagogical expertise, grassroots empathy, and faith-driven resilience, making her a trusted backbone of the organization.
